Job Description and Requirements: This is an extremely fast paced customer service position in the expedite transportation industry. We perform emergency freight services for customers in different industries across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Position is responsible for coordinating with shippers, carriers, and drivers to make sure that customers shipments are picked up and delivered on time. Responsibilities Include:
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. Possessing a degree in transportation or logistics is also helpful. Experience and Skills: 2-3 years experience in a customer service position. Position Requires: Strong Work Ethic Ability to learn quickly High Energy Excellent Typing and Computer Skills Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills |
